STEP 3
Pick any sealed Mystery Envelope Scratch Card from the display bowl.
STEP 4
Open the envelope and scratch the card to reveal your guaranteed prize.
STEP 5
Show your winning coupon to the staff, who will guide you to the appropriate counter or location to redeem your reward.
