• This package is valid for a minimum and maximum of 16 guests only, including Adults and Children (3.3 feet height & above).
• Travel arrangements are managed by Girikand Travels. Toll charges are included in the package.
• The package includes pickup and drop from the following locations:
• - Mumbai: Any location within 10 km of Santacruz Airport
• - Pune: Any location within Pune City limits
• For pickup or drop from any other location, additional charges may apply and will be payable directly to Girikand Travels. Please confirm applicable charges before booking by calling 98812-98812 / 98220-49912.
• The booking cut-off time for next-day travel is 7:00 PM (19:00 Hrs).
• Each Force Urbania AC Coach has a seating capacity of 16 passengers. Additional adults or children beyond 16 passengers will not be permitted. For larger groups, please contact Girikand Travels to arrange a bigger vehicle at extra charges.
• Sightseeing locations in Lonavala are subject to change depending on traffic, weather conditions, or operational constraints.
• Any services not specifically mentioned in the package are excluded and must be paid directly at the respective locations.
• All vehicle kilometers (kms) will be calculated from Girikand Parking to Girikand Parking.
• Mineral water, ice boxes, cold drinks, snacks, or any other refreshments requested will be charged extra.
• The vehicle will be equipped with basic amenities including a music system, first-aid kit, and fire extinguisher.
• 100% cancellation charges will apply if the vehicle booking is cancelled on the day of travel. The cancellation day will be considered from 12:00 Midnight (00:00 Hrs).
• The quotation is based on the confirmed itinerary. Any changes to the itinerary before or during the trip may attract additional charges.
