How to get your Magic Pass in 3 easy steps?

Choose a date and park for your first visit.

Add the Yearly Magic Pass to your cart and complete the purchase.

Collect your Yearly Magic Pass at the park ticketing counter on your first visit.

Terms & Conditions

Magic Pass is valid for 1 year from date of activation. (Physical Magic Pass will be issued during the first visit of the visitor to the park)

Please note the revised height criteria applicable from 12th April’24 onwards
- For Tickets
  - Kids, below 4 feet will be free.
  - 4 feet height and above would be charged as per Adult Rates only.
  - There is no separate child ticket.
- For Buffet Lunch
  - For kids below 3.3 ft, the buffet is free when accompanied by parents.
  - For kids between 3.3 to 4 ft, the buffet will be charged at Rs.350/-
  - For kids above 4ft, the buffet will be charged as per the adult buffet rates.

The Pass holder must be present at the ticket counter during redemption.
Magic Pass has to be kept in good condition; we will not accept damaged Passes.
In case of loss/damage of the Magic Pass, duplicate Pass can be issued after verification & additional charge of Rs.300(the new Magic Pass will be printed same as original and backdated)
All benefits can be availed by Magic Pass holder only. Cannot be transferred to anyone else.
Magic Pass is non-refundable, non-saleable, and non-transferable.
Multiple offers, ticketed events, Express tickets cannot be combined with the Magic Pass. Black out dates apply like Holi, New Year or any other special events announced from time to time.
Vouchers for 20% off on food and merchandise will be given at the park during the visit. Discount can be availed on minimum spend of Rs.300 and maximum spend of Rs.700.
During each visit only 1 voucher for food and 1 voucher for merchandise will be given. These vouchers cannot be combined.
Magic Pass offer can only be used at Wetn Joy Lonavala Park. It cannot be upgraded or used in any other locations.
Magic Pass will expire if not activated within one (1) year from the date of purchase, and upon expiration, it cannot be activated or have park reservations scheduled for it.
No refunds will be given. The original Magic Pass cannot be transferred, and the amount paid for the original Magic Pass cannot be redeemed for cash or used for any other purpose.
Kindly note, products at MRP won’t benefit from discount offers.
